The Swiss Gear Maxxum backpack is an ideal laptop bag. I purchased the backpack from Amazon for $45, and I must say it is the best backpack I ve ever had. The backpack is quality. My 14.1 inch laptop fits perfectly in the pocket. My brothers 15.4 inch Dell fits snuggly, but still works great. The backpack is large enough to fit my textbooks, and has a plethora of different pockets for accessories. There are pockets for your pencils, CD player, beverage bottles, power blocks, and any other carryon s required. The backpack is extremely sturdy! There is even a support on the bottom of the pack so that it will not tilt over when put on the ground. The straps on the backpack are very comfortable. They are very cushioning, and fit well on me. The back pads are large, and allows for air to flow through so that my back does not get too warm. My only gripe about the straps is the chest strap is placed too high. It buckles near my neck which makes carrying heavier loads uncomfortable after a period of time. The bag is made of sturdy material which can definitely take a beating. Overall I would highly recommend this bag to any student who would need a laptop backpack.
