The Best of the Trilogy
Bewertet am: Jun 12, 2009
Fazit: Try all of them in order, but if you feel the need for a stand alone wicked game, get Warrior Within.
The best of the trilogy, the scariest, and one my favourites, all in one is Prince of Persia: Warrior Within! The story line is amazing, but I guess since the Prince of Persia Story goes all the way back to the Atari console (or around there), so they ve had a lot of time to perfect it. I suggest you try all three, but Warrior Within can stand alone and still be regarded as incredible. Realistic 3D environments, excellent acrobatics and skills (of course with classic running across the wall), however there are even more amazing physical abilities to choose from. O yea, correct me if I m wrong, but to get more health and stuff you have to do a little obstacle course, unlike the previous one where you just found the little fountain of life in the middle of no where.
Okay, so the horror music and grey brick prison theme gets a little repetitive, but once in a while you find yourself outside in a garden. Sadly, to finish the game you need to go through certain places several times, so let s just say you get really familiar with the map. The main feature that keeps you on edge is the chase . I will not elaborate on that, because it is so much more thrilling when you have no idea what I am ranting about (but trust me it will be worth it). When these chases occur, rewind when the thing is talking, it s pretty cool.
Anyways, another cool feature is you can choose which path the prince takes. To my understanding at key scenes you can change the outcome of the story, so be aware and well good luck with that. The good thing about this game is that it may seem hard, but conversely it s pretty beatable. Honestly, it s the hardest of the trilogy and the longest (well for me). But trust me, I know because I was not amazing at the game, but I coped. So TRY IT OUT!
